Answer: An introducing broker (a representing broker) is an independent agent, who accepts the orders from the clients for conclusion of exchange dealings, but does not maintain an account himself and accepts no money or valuables to pay a deposit or margin, but shall transfer these to the exchange broker companies.

Question: What a minimum sum may I entrust to you for management?
Answer: a minimum sum of open account with a Forex-broker has to constitute $50,000 at least. a minimum sum of open account with a broker, working on the RF market of securities has to constitute 100,000 rubles at least.
Question: can you steal away with my money?
Answer: No, we can’t, You transfer money not to us, they get to your personal account with one of the largest brokers on the Forex market or on the RF market of securities. The brokers obey the local laws (of Russia, Switzerland). The management for placing and withdrawal of money may be carried out only by a person, to the name of which an account is registered. We have no access to the operations of placing/withdrawal from your account. We may only manage trade on your account (or all accounts of the clients concurrently).
Question: May I ask you to transfer my resources?
Answer: No. All the operations of resources placing/withdrawal are made by the clients on their own, without our participation.
Question: May I trade my resources myself?
Answer: Yes. Certainly. We have no right to thrust the management. And we shall help you in every way possible, so that you could work. Because we are interested.
Question: May I add on or withdraw the resources, using electronic payment system?
Answer: No, you can’t. The brokers only accept bank transfer (or the resources in cash for the RF market of securities). All the operations of resources placing/withdrawal from account with a broker shall be carried out only by a bank transfer (or the resources in cash for the RF market of securities).

Answer: There are several reasons of it:
