To open a real account and start self-employment or transfer of accounts in trust management must:
1. Print, fill out the form and sign the treaty. Be sure to fill in and sign the contract in the following paragraphs:
- Personal data (page 2)
- Profile client (p. 3)
- Statement on common risks (p. 4)
- Statement on Consent (p. 5)
- Exemption from liability in connection with the instructions issued by means of telecommunication means of communication (p. 6)
- Form - A (This form is already included in the agreement form - Please use it only to modify or to complete existing A Form) (p. 7)
- General Conditions (p. 11)
- Bank account customer (p. 12)
Be sure to specify place (City), in which you signed the contract, especially on pages 7 and 15.
The agreement is null and void if any of the information absent. If you do not know how to fill one or another part of the contract, please do not leave it blank! -- Write, call, we will always happy to help you.
2. Fill power of attorney (if the accounts in trust management).
3. Make the copies of passport or document identifying a client and have it certified by the notary or another body of public authority.
4. Make a copy of utility bill with the date not later than 6 months or any other bills (telephone, Internet, insurance, etc.) that comes to your name and address.
5. Attach to the treaty bank statement or a certificate of wages.
6. Send all documents by mail, quick service delivery or courier at:

Attention!!! An account opening contract must be sent in original! After obtaining the necessary documentation to open accounts, ACM staff will tell you details of the depositary bank to transfer funds.
